Commercial HVAC Estimator
Full job description
Due to continued growth, Air Mechanical Heating, Cooling & Plumbing is seeking an Experienced Commercial Estimator. You will be responsible for commercial HVAC estimating. If you have construction or commercial estimating or sales experience, we can teach you HVAC estimating. The base salary will $85,000 - $90,000 plus a revenue bonus. We offer a full benefit package that includes medical, dental, vacation, holiday pay, PTO, and a 401K with a match.
Duties
- Review plans and specifications.
- Identify project bid requirements and scope of work.
- Create detailed material and labor estimates
Qualifications
- Estimating or Sales Experience
- Good interpersonal skills
- Professionalism and the ability to maintain a positive company image
